You can Venmo your registration fees to @zontahouston also. \nPlease contact KayleenKill@att.net if you have any questions.\nSporting Clays is an exciting form of clay pigeon shooting\, commonly described as “golf with a shotgun.” It involves shooting clay targets at multiple locations (called stations). The original idea behind sporting clays was to create an experience that more closely reflects actual hunting conditions. This allows for all generations to share in the experience. \nEach team is made up of five individuals. \nThere are 10 stations per course – each shooter shoots 6/4 targets at each station. Included in the cost to shoot is: \n\nAmmo- 12 or 20 gauge only\nEye and ear protection – yours to keep afterwards\nRange officers are available\nScoring and computerized printout of scores\nLoaner guns are available at no cost – 12 or 20 gauge – limited to one gauge per team\n\n(subject to availability) \n\nYour guns – feel free to bring your own gun (12 or 20 gauge)\nContinental breakfast provided before the tournament\nBBQ lunch\, drinks\, and dessert following the shoot\nAwards for the best scoring teams and other categories\nDoor prizes\, Silent Auction\, and special Valentine’s Day booth\n\nZCHECF is a 501c (3) non-profit organization. Proceeds from this event will benefit local Zonta scholarships for your women in high school and university level; as well as other local and international service projects. Everything runs much more smoothly. To participate\, please be sure you pay for the extra games when you register and check in at registration before 9:00 am. \nGame #1: PAIR IN THE AIR (Cost: $20 per shooter) \nTwo targets are thrown at one over the lake. Ten targets per shooter. \nGame #2: TWO MAN FLURRY (Cost: $20 per shooter) \nA team of two shooters attempt to break twenty targets in 45 seconds.\n\n\nMULLIGANS \nShooters can pre-purchase an extra two targets (“mulligans”) that get added to your final score. These are a maximum of five mulligans (for a total of ten). To participate\, please be sure you pay for mulligans when you register\, prior to the event starting. \nEach mulligan costs $20 and gives you two extra targets. You can purchase up to five mulligans.\n\n\nGOLF CART \nGolf carts are available for $100 each on a first-come\, first-served basis if you want personal transport for the course. (Subject to availability.) Please let us know as soon as possible.\n\n\nLUNCH \nLunch for guests at the event costs $30 per person.
